Following a long and successful career in the UK Motor Industry, Paul Simpson DEA, NDEA re-qualified as an Energy Assessor and purchased EPC Marketing in October 2025.

Paul's Uncle, Mike Simpson FRICS, DEA, NDEA, a Chartered Surveyor and Energy Assessor, formed the company having retired in 2005 from Clarke & Simpson, a well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Framlingham, Suffolk.

To ensure continuity and uphold the high standard of service that our customers have come to expect, Mike has worked alongside Paul during an extended transition period. This collaborative approach has allowed EPC Marketing to seamlessly move into its next chapter while maintaining stability for clients and partners.

Mike will continue his work as a Chartered Surveyor, providing Homebuyer’s surveys and a host of additional services through his consultancy business, EPC Management Services.
