Chartered Surveyor and Energy Assessor, Mike Simpson FRICS, DEA, NDEA formed EPC Marketing having retired in 2005 from Clarke & Simpson, a well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Framlingham, Suffolk.
In October 2025, Mike sold the business to his nephew, Paul Simpson DEA, NDEA who has requalified as an Energy Assessor and brings a wealth of leadership and senior management expertise to the role following a long and successful career in the UK Automotive Industry.
To ensure continuity and uphold the high standard of service that our customers have come to expect, Mike will continue to work alongside Paul during an extended transition period. This collaborative approach will allow EPC Marketing to seamlessly move into its next chapter while maintaining stability for clients and partners.
Alongside this transition, Mike will continue his work as a Chartered Surveyor, providing Homebuyer’s surveys and a host of additional services through his consultancy business, EPC Management Services.
